1.1 Scope of Agreement

Account passwords and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If you experience any issue with account security, the support team should be contacted immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jay9 reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and mobile number of any member. If required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently. This verification process is carried out for the security and protection of the member's account.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits at jay9 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The correct amount and reference number must be used when making a deposit — jay9 will not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by incorrect information.

For bank transfers, transactions can be made through major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit — for example, if a deposit was made via bKash, the withdrawal must also go to bKash.

Before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. Withdrawals may be held or cancelled until those requirements are fulfilled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at jay9 are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

A bonus is not free cash — it is always tied to a deposit and comes with specific wagering requirements. Any attempt to withdraw a bonus before meeting those requirements will result in the amount being cancelled.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus offer comes with wagering requirements, which are clearly stated at the time of bonus activation. For the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 (ten) times. If a request to close an account is made while wagering is still in progress, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback

jay9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. This cashback applies to the net loss for the week.

jay9 reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of VIP tiers. VIP membership does not guarantee specific rewards or a fixed duration.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts, using another person's details, or attempting to strategically circumvent bonus requirements will be considered a serious violation. If such activity is identified, jay9 may immediately cancel the relevant account and all associated bonuses.

5.1 Permitted Use

The jay9 platform must be used for personal entertainment only. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is prohibited. Using any software, bots, or automated tools to operate games is strictly prohibited.

5.2 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Stealing another member's account credentials or attempting unauthorised access
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by fraudulent means
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the same person
• Using false information to entice others to join jay9
• Attempting to exploit any software vulnerability or weakness in the platform's systems

5.3 Consequences of Violations

Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above gives jay9 the right to take legal action, suspend or terminate the account, and forfeit any deposited funds. In cases of serious violations, the relevant authorities may be notified.

6.1 Setting Gaming Limits

6.2 Protection of Minors

7.1 Technical Issues
